Finch 3D, a promising AI-powered tool for architects that lets you rapidly prototype building layouts using generative design .
AI generates a finished plan.I love the idea of AI as a co-designer but I ran into a frustrating issue that could use a UX rethink.
It offers both a free version and paid (Basic and Enterprise) I used Basic.

IdeateLive helps users brainstorm and plan events using AI. I focused on making it easier to get started, plan clearly, and feel confident using the platform whether you’re planning a big conference or a small meetup.
